Healthcare responsibilities

ClinixNet supports healthcare operations but does not replace professional clinical judgment. Clinics and care professionals remain responsible for care decisions, record accuracy, patient communication, and compliance with applicable requirements.

Access and account security

Organizations must assign responsibilities appropriately and remove access when it is no longer required. Users must promptly report suspected account compromise or unauthorized activity.

Acceptable use

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, misuse patient information, or use ClinixNet in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

Availability and changes

ClinixNet may update features, security controls, or these terms as the service evolves. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
